Release of Version 3.0 (July 25th 2008)
This new version includes the following features :
- new 'Manual writing' learning strategy: the character written by the user with the mouse is analyzed and checked by the software,
- new 'Hearing' learning strategy: the user guesses the meaning or the writing of the character, based on its pronunciation,
- character lookup by hand written character recognition,
- the user interface has been completely redesigned to be more user-friendly and efficient,
- new 'list items number' field available.
Release of the 3.0.1 MCFC update release (August 10 th 2008) .This update includes :
- updates of characters description used by the hand written character recognition algorithm,
- bug fix: character decomposition not displayed when the user clicks on the "view" button,
- bug fix : strokes number are not correct when in simplified character mode,
- new feature: character unicode display.

- the dictionary can be displayed in two dimension. The user can more easily and quickly find a character,

- the maximum play delay (automatic navigation) has been increased by three fold,

Release of Version 1.6 (April 15th 2006)
This new version includes the following features :
- available on Linux and Mac OS X platforms,
- a "Radicals" tab has been added. In this tab, the user has a general overview of all the radicals contained in the dictionary.

Release of Version 1.4 (March 8th 2006)
This new version includes the following features :
- an automatic character pronunciation mode has been added,
- a new « Close characters » tab has been added. It enables the user to learn the characters which are graphically close to each other,
- 100 characters have been added. The total number of characters is now 400.

- you can hear the character pronunciation by just clicking on the "Sound" icon,

- The software installation has been greatly improved and simplified,
- a "Dictionary" tab has been added. It displays all the information under a tabular form. User can sort the information by ascending or descending order by clicking on the columns.
